UK STANDARD DELIVERY - £3 - Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 who aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days. Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day.
UK Express Delivery - £4.50 - Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 who aim to deliver your parcel within 1-3 working days. Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £6.95 - Signed for. Orders placed before 4pm Mon-Fri with UK Next Day Delivery selected at checkout will qualify for this shipping method. Royal Mail will deliver your parcel the following working day (excludes weekends, Public & Bank Holidays).
International Delivery - £15 - Using our Tracked service, International deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail and then forwarded onto your local postal courier once the parcel has reached your destination.
European Delivery - £15 - Using our Tracked service, European deliveries are shipped via Royal Mail and then forwarded onto your local postal courier once the parcel has reached your destination.
All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days from the day after you received your purchase, for a refund.
Item(s) must be in brand new condition as received, unworn with all of the tags, still attached to the cardboard. In order to return an item, please complete the returns section of the invoice included in your parcel. We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving your item. A full inspection will be carried out upon receipt of returns. Dollywood Boutique reserves the right to reject items returned after the return period or which are not in original condition and do not meet our conditions.
To abide by our strict hygiene policy, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any Beauty/Cosmetic items unless faulty.
We do not cover return postage costs for unwanted items, it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you opt for a suitable postage method, ensuring this will arrive within the 14 days. We advise using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage/tracking until you have received your refund for your peace of mind. We cannot be held liable for items lost during transit.
