NEXT DAY DELIVERY HASN'T ARRIVED?
Our automatic cut off point for Next Day Delivery shipments is 4PM Monday-Friday, any orders placed after this
time will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be
dispatched the following Monday/Tuesday respectively. Please calculate all delivery services in
working days before submitting your order, our courier does not deliver on National/Bank Holidays
nor will orders be dispatched on these days.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail and are tracked from our warehouse to your door.
In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel after 10 working days (UK only)

We are happy to refund unwanted products returned to us in the original condition within 14 days from the day after you received your purchase. Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this time.
To abide by our strict hygiene policy, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on cosmetic items,
Pro Blo and Diamond Whites products.
We do not cover return postage costs for unwanted items, it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that you opt for
a suitable postage method, ensuring this will arrive within the 14 days. We advise using a tracked and signed service
and keeping your proof of postage/tracking until you have received your refund for your peace of mind. We cannot
be held liable for items lost during transit.

Images of the fault
All unwanted items must be returned within 14 days from the day after you received your purchase, for a refund.
They must be in brand new condition as received, unworn with all tags still attached. In order to return an item,
please complete the returns section of the invoice included in your parcel. We aim to process all refunds within 48
hours of receiving your item. A full inspection will be carried out upon receipt of all returns. Dollywood Boutique
reserves the right to reject items returned after the return period or which are not in original condition and do not
meet our conditions.
REASONS YOUR ITEM WOULD NOT BE ACCEPTED:
Make up, fake tan, deodorant or moisturiser marks/stains.
Significant signs of wear - the item may be out of shape or clicked in places which indicate wear.
Tags are no longer attached.
The item is scented with odour - this includes bodily odour, deodorant and perfume.
We suspect the item has been washed or tampered with.
The item is not in its original packaging or returned without an invoice.
The item is damaged in any way which is not a fault - i.e torn, clicked or snagged.
We accept returns on hair extensions which may be unsuitable or the wrong colour within 14 days.
To qualify for a refund on hair extensions:
Hair must be unworn (this means you cannot try them in for any reason). The Hair Extensions must be in their original condition
just as you received them, and still be protected by the hygiene netting with all original tags attached.
This includes the plastic tag attaching the hair piece to the cardboard slip in your packaging.
If you need to check your hair extensions match your own hair, you can remove them from the plastic slip,
lift the hair net leaving the hair attached to the cardboard slip and hold against your own hair gently blending.
We offer a free colour matching service to avoid ordering an unsuitable colour - please send a clear photo of your
hair in natural daylight to email@example.com or to our Facebook page 'Dollywood Boutique'.
We aim to respond to all colour matches within 24hrs.
