This week has been so hectic, everyone is going crazy over our products and I'm also preparing to move house so I haven't had much time to do my live tutorials lately (I do aim for 1-2 per day). I had a spare half hour today so I thought why not film something simple. A lot of my followers ask for easy school run / pre work makeup looks and i feel this would be perfect for anyone short of time... like myself.

I always start my makeup by carving out my brows as I feel like it helps me know exactly where I'm going with any product, I went for a darker shade than normal today and used Cookie by Barry M and blended out with my mini beauty blender (my must have).

I decided to mix things up today and use a different eyebrow gel (Usually i go for DB gel) I went for Milani today in Dark brown but used my Dollywood Boutique eyebrow brush and spoolie as I feel like this is more precise.

Eyeshadow... Not today! keeping it simple and easy for a change.

Showgirl mascara is one of my favourite's from Barry M and probably the best mascara I've ever used. At only £5 it's kind on the bank balance too! I used this to give my strip lashes something to grip onto - I went for the 'Perfect' style strip eyelash by Prima lash teamed with my No.1 'lashed out' glue (leave them a minute or so to go tacky then fix them in place).

My skin is soooo dull lately so i've been living for the new Barry M spray in calming rose for a nice glow and also to prime my skin pre foundation. I brightened up my under eyes with Cookie by Barry M then blended it out with my mini blender and went in with Milani 2 in 1 foundation shade 06 and as always Dollywood Boutique loose powder in shade 3 for a completely flawless finish.

Another one of my favourites is a bright under eye, I religiously use Barry M banana powder under my eyes to set my concealer and also just freshen up my face, for contour I used Barry M Afterglow literally FOREVER... January was a sad time as they choose to discontinue this :( BUT they have just released Staycation and its basically Afterglow's bigger, better sister. I use this to gently contour my face and add a bit of bronze. (I mix both shades together).

If anyone watches my videos you will know i have a love/hate relationship with blusher so I just like something subtle but which prevents me from looking fully beige (not a good look). Rustic peach by Dollywood does just this and its a good dupe to Mac peach twist, peachy bronze tones with a tiny shimmer.

Setting spray to me is one of the most important steps, it ensures everything is going to stay in place and you can choose your full finish - matte or dewy. I go for dewy every time (I actually wear this alone for a natural glow too), its also good to keep your skin moisturised.

We all love that glow - One of our newest but best selling brands Josh Cosmetics supplied us with the best of the best 'Creme highlighter' i barely touched my skin with this and it just gives me the nicest glow, I also added it to my inner corners of my eyes for a bright, fresh look.

Nude, nude, nude... EVERY TIME! I always stay in my comfort zone when it comes to lips. I plumped my lips with some project lip (March 2019 Best seller) then lined them with Barry M Mulberry lip liner and one of the Barry M lip kits (Go to matte) as my base shade - we also stock Barry M minimalist which I'm pretty sure is Go To's twin (sold as a single) finishing off with a simple Barry M lip gloss in shade Vibe for a nude over gloss.

As you can probably see by my videos I only use Dollywood Boutique brushes, they are THE softest, fluffiest brushes i've tried - a lot of people told us they found them a good dupe to Zoeva and at less than 1/4 of the price too. If you're going to invest in anything i'd definitely recommend this being at the top of your list.

With hair I am totally hopeless, I had my hair cut into a blunt bob last year and although I love it i'm just useless at styling short hair. I curled my hair with the Babyliss pro wand (I have extensions) and rolled them up into little pin curls. Ive always struggled with pin curls as hair grips just won't hold the thickness of my hair so I searched for something that would hold my hair without leaving a kink and found some silver clips on eBay for £4, they're amazing! I did blow dry my hair prior to this with the Pro Blo (Also available on our website) just to add extra bounce. I will do a full hair demo video very soon.

For anyone who liked my outfit in this video this is my kind of signature love - Molly jeans, zara vest and some tweed (Linked my blazer below)

I hope you all enjoyed the video leave me a comment on our facebook and let me know what you thought! Any requests? Simply let me know over on the video.
